Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Bamnex S.A.R.L.. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it in accordance with the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The product must be unused and in resalable condition.

  2. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  3. The product must not fall under one of the non-refundable categories listed below.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product integrity and hygiene, certain items cannot be returned:

Pre-strung / Custom-strung Rackets

  1. Rackets that have been strung according to your request, even if unused, cannot be returned.

  2. This is considered a customized product under EU law.

Racket, Clothing and Footwear with Tags Removed

  1. Racket, clothing or shoes with removed, torn, or missing hangtags or labels cannot be returned, regardless of wear.

  2. We recommend trying on items before removing any tags.

Opened Shuttlecock Tubes

  1. Shuttlecock tubes that have been opened, used, or show signs of damage to the original seal cannot be accepted for return.

  2. This applies even if the shuttlecocks appear unused.

3. Racket Warranty Policy

All rackets sold by Bamnex S.A.R.L. come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty, which covers production or material defects. However, the following conditions apply:

Warranty will be voided if:

  1. The racket is broken or cracked due to misuse or accidental impact, such as hitting the floor or another object.

  2. The racket is strung above the manufacturer’s recommended tension.

  3. The racket was strung by a third party (non-factory, non-authorized stringer) and the damage is determined to be the result of improper stringing or installation.

In these cases, the racket will not be refunded or covered under warranty.

Warranty process:

  1. Customers must ship the actual racket back for physical inspection and evaluation.

  2. Photos or videos are not sufficient for warranty claims.

  3. If the manufacturer confirms it is a defect, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Return shipping costs for warranty inspection are the customer’s responsibility. If the claim is approved, we will refund the cost.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@bamnex.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. The product(s) you wish to return

  3. The reason for the return

  4. Photo(s) if the item is defective or damaged

After approval, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  1. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

6. Refund Timeline

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue your refund within 14 business days.

  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  3. Shipping costs and any applicable service fees (e.g., stringing services) are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will either:

  1. Send a replacement free of charge, or

  2. Offer a full refund, including return shipping
